Started bottle manufacture through acquisition of North British Bottle Manufacturing Co Ltd in 1907. 1915 merged with John Dewars & Sons Ltd to form Scotch Whisky Brands Ltd, later Buchanan Dewar Ltd. 1925 merged with Distillers Co Ltd. Continued to trade independently
