Notes:

In a series of nine volumes, each dealing with a separate business, reproduces in facsimile a tiny selection of documents [typically around 40] from that business's archives. These might be minutes of a board, etc, meeting; security certificate; report on a plant or activity; report on a labour issue; a newspaper or periodical article; prospectus; transcriptions of chairman's speech; report to shareholders; newsletter extract; etc. The basis of selection is not clear.
