Sassoon David Sassoon, d1867, acquired the house in the early 1860s and it was subsequently lived in by his widow, eldest son, Joseph, d1918, and grandson, Sassoon Joseph Sassoon, 1885-1922. 1920s sold by Sassoons and subsequently demolished
