Comprises edited transcriptions of interviews with four leading accountants from different branches of the profession, viz: E Kenneth Wright, senior partner of Dearden Farrow, important chartered accountants of London; Jack Clayton who worked in industry; Sir Basil Smallpiece who held senior management positions at, inter alia, Hoover in 1930s, BOAC in 1940s and Cunard Steamship Co Ltd, deals with introduction of cost accounting; Bruce Sutherland who had a small accountancy practice specialising in taxation.
