In liquidation 1927 and acquired in 1928 by George Cohen Sons & Co Ltd (otherwise known as 600 Group) when known as Kryn & Lahy (1928) Ltd. Assets of other business transferred and developed as steel founders and engineers making machine tools, petrol engines, mining equipment, etc. Later known as K&L Steelfounders & Engineers Ltd
