With coming of pasteurization and refrigeration moved away from preservatives to focus on selling agencies and installation of pasteurization, refrigeration, etc, and other products including bottles, crates, etc. Closely associated with Mallinsons in developing and marketing of new dairying/bottling/etc machinery. 1963 merged with others to form Associated Crates Group which in 1977 became part of Tyrer Group.
