Incorporated 1898. By 1900 focused on metal windows, roof glazing, central heating systems, rainwater goods, roof lights, etc. Opened Smethwick works in 1905 and concentrated all production there in 1919. 1925 acquired International Casements Co of USA, later known as Hope's Windows Inc. Subsequently a public company. 1965 merged with Crittall Manufacturing Co Ltd to form Crittall Hope Ltd
