Then renamed Davy Ashmore Group Ltd. 1973 renamed Davy International Ltd and, later, Davy Corp Ltd. 1992 acquired by Trafalgar House Plc which in 1996 was acquired by Kvaerner of Norway. Subsequently merged with Markham & Co Ltd to form Davy Markham
