Tommy Nutter, 1943-92, was a bespoke tailor and men's clothing retailer. In business from 1969 in Savile Row, London, with Edward Sexton as Nutters of Savile Row, making tailored and innovative clothing for pop stars, etc. Focused on retailing ready made clothing, notably overseas, from mid 1970s. Returned to Savile Row retailing from 1983 as 'Tommy Nutter, Savile Row'
