Built filling plant at Bury St Edmunds, Middlesbrough and Southampton. 1966 relocated head office from London to Slough. By 1969 fully acquired by Imperial Continental Gas Association which in 1987 was reorganised as Calor Group. 1970s demand soared with arrival of domestic cabinet heaters leading to development of large storage plant at Felixstowe and South Humberside. 1988-91 acquired by SHV of Netherlands. Continues in 2016 as a major LPG supplier to industrial and domestic customers in bulk and cylinders
