Established as a selling agency in c1912 by an eponymous US engine manufacturer at Waterloo, Iowa. Imports ceased in 1930 due to high tariffs when British company sold Case tractors and engines made by Bradford Gas & Oil Engine Co Ltd of Shipley and diesel engines made by National Gas & Oil Engine Co Ltd of Ashton under Lyne. In decline after 1945 when became a 'spares service'. Later known as Gasco Ltd and continued to 1970s.
