In mid 1790s business was acquired by Samuel Wyatt, builder and architect and brother of the architect, James Wyatt, and was subsequently managed by Charles Wyatt. Then manufactured cement and stucco which in 1840s was carried on at Bankside, Southwark, London. In 1840s, when known as Wyatt, Parker & Co, firm was joined by John M Blashfield, 1811-82, who introduced the manufacture of tessellated pavements and terracotta products especially decorative ones as architectural features. He closed factory in late 1850s on his removal of his terracotta business to Lincolnshire
